Apply for a Dentrix software donation

Henry Schein Practice Solutions is pleased to donate Dentrix practice management dental software to qualified educational and charitable organizations in the United States and Canada. To be eligible for a donation, an organization may use Dentrix only for classroom instruction or to provide free clinical care. In addition, charitable organizations must provide proof of tax-exempt status under Section 501 (c) (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

Recipients who qualify for this offer will receive a license for the base package of the Dentrix practice management dental system. All additional add-on tools and services can be purchased separately.
